Brian was born and raised in Oklahoma. After graduating high school, he joined the military. He spent 14 years serving in the Army and was deployed to Afghanistan for Operation Enduring Freedom during 2011-2012. He then moved to Colorado and served at the High Altitude Aviation Training Site in Gypsum, CO. It was there that Brian met his wife, Elizabeth, and started a family. After retiring from the military, he pursued a long-time interest and started a new career as a financial advisor with a national investment firm. After several years learning the industry, Brian left that firm to start his own business as an independent financial advisor while also serving in a dual role as the executive director of a private Christian school. In his latest chapter, he now loves his position as a wealth manager at Cimarron Wealth Management proudly serving Rifle, CO and the surrounding Western Slope area.
Brian loves spending time with his family of five (or six, if you count Dak, the Aussie). Brian and his wife, Elizabeth, have three kids, Asher, Brayden, and Selah. They enjoy hiking, fishing, and other outdoor activities. They are also a big hockey family with their boys playing for the last few years. They enjoy watching their daughter dance, as well.
